Anna Cordova

Anna Cordova (They/Them) was born and raised in Aurora, Colorado where they began doing theatre in high school. Before their high school graduation, Anna wanted to be an engineer, following in their mother's footsteps, but found a drive and passion in storytelling and advocacy through live performance.

Anna now is in their fourth year of undergrad at Colorado State University where they are receiving their Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Technology and Design with a concentration in Stage Management. At CSU, Anna received multiple Meritus Awards in Stage Management from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. At the age of nineteen Anna took a gap year and began professional work with The Denver Center of the Performing Arts where they got to work in the space they had grown up seeing shows that inspired them to continue theatre professionally.

Anna strives to support stories through their work giving artists the support that is needed on all ends for great theatre to thrive. They believe that each person has a story worth being heard and their human experiences alone are enough to treat them with respect and kindness. Their view on leadership is rooted in the same idea that each person has a story and a why to what they are passionate about.

When Anna is not working on shows, they are skiing, climbing, camping, playing video games, or crocheting on the couch with their partner and cat. Anna cares deeply for the people they surround themselves with and will always enjoy a good laugh and a cup of coffee.
